Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website. Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be paid by the customer. 

Delivered But Not Received: All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation, but we do not offer signature delivery. If tracking confirms that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please reach out to the courier directly to investigate.
