How to use Herbishh Hair Color Shampoo and Hair mask

Step 1: Apply the shampoo to wet hair.
Step 2: Gently massage into the scalp and hair evenly from root to ends to create a rich lather.
Step 3: Leave the shampoo on for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the color pigments to work
Step 4: Use lukewarm water to rinse off until the water runs clear
Step 5: Apply a generous amount of the mask, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends.
Step 6: Leave it on for 10–15 minutes for deep conditioning.
Step 7: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until all the product is removed.

Australia and New Zealand- Shipping time would be 5-10 days

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website. Please, note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be paid by the customer. 

Delivered But Not Received: All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation, but we do not offer signature delivery. If tracking confirms that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please reach out to the courier directly to investigate.

Since we cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking states they were delivered to your address, we recommend shipping to a secure location, such as a workplace, if you have had issues with lost or stolen packages in the past. This can help ensure that your order arrives safely.
