Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website. Please, note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be paid by the customer. 

Delivered But Not Received: All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation, but we do not offer signature delivery. If tracking confirms that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please reach out to the courier directly to investigate.

Since we cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking states they were delivered to your address, we recommend shipping to a secure location, such as a workplace, if you have had issues with lost or stolen packages in the past. This can help ensure that your order arrives safely.

Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order please contact contact@herbishh.com. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
