Q. How does the Herbishh Gift Card work?
A- You pick a value, enter the recipient's details at checkout, and the card is sent to them by email with a code. They apply that code at checkout on herbishh.com, and the amount comes straight off their order. Simple as that.

Q. Is this a digital gift card or a physical one?
A- It's digital. That means no shipping and nothing to wait for. The card is delivered by email, so it's a good option when you're buying close to the date and don't have time for a parcel to arrive.

Q. What can the gift card be used for?
A- Anything on herbishh.com. Hair color, PPD-free color shampoos, shampoo and conditioner, hair oils and masks, and hair accessories. The recipient gets to spend it on whatever suits their hair, which is really the point of giving a card instead of guessing.

Q. Which amount should I choose, $50, $150, or $250?
A- Depends on what you're going for. $50 is a lovely single or two-product treat or a small thank you. $150 gives them enough for a full shampoo, conditioner, and treatment routine. $250 is the generous one, closer to a complete hair care refresh for someone who really cares about their hair.

Q. Does the gift card expire?

Q. Can I use the gift card on sale or discounted items?

Q. Can I send the gift card straight to someone else?
A- Yes. At checkout, you can add the recipient's email so it goes directly to them. Handy if you want it to land in their inbox on the day rather than passing through yours first.

Q. What if the amount doesn't cover the full order?
A- No problem. They can put the gift card toward the total and pay the difference with another method at checkout. If there's a balance left on the card, it typically stays available for a future order.

Q. Can I get a refund on a gift card?

Q. Is a gift card a good present if I don't know their hair type or color?
A- Honestly, it's the smartest choice in that situation. You skip the risk of buying the wrong shade or formula entirely, and they get to pick exactly what works for their hair. Hard to go wrong with it.

The Shipment of your products is our highest priority and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world.

However, because the majority of our warehouses are in USA & Asia, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.

Processing Time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our supplier for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Time: The refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Shipping Time and Item location:

North America-(USA, MX and CA)- Shipping time would be 3-7 business days.

South East Asia Zone 1 (Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore) - Shipping time would be 5-7 days.

South East Asia Zone 2 (Indonesia, Laos, Philippines and Thailand)- Shipping time would be 1-2 weeks.

Australia and New Zealand- Shipping time would be 5-10 days

UK & Germany - Shipping time would be 5-7 days

Rest of Europe: (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden Switzerland)- Shipping time would be 1-2 weeks.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website. Please, note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be paid by the customer. 

Delivered But Not Received: All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation, but we do not offer signature delivery. If tracking confirms that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please reach out to the courier directly to investigate.

Since we cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking states they were delivered to your address, we recommend shipping to a secure location, such as a workplace, if you have had issues with lost or stolen packages in the past. This can help ensure that your order arrives safely.

Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at contact contact@herbishh.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order please contact contact@herbishh.com. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
