The Shipment of your products is our highest priority and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world.
However, because the majority of our warehouses are in USA & Asia, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
Processing Time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our supplier for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping Time: The refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Shipping Time and Item location:
North America-(USA, MX and CA)- Shipping time would be 3-7 business days.
South East Asia Zone 1 (Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore) - Shipping time would be 5-7 days.
South East Asia Zone 2 (Indonesia, Laos, Philippines and Thailand)- Shipping time would be 1-2 weeks.
Australia and New Zealand- Shipping time would be 5-10 days
UK & Germany - Shipping time would be 5-7 days
Rest of Europe: (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden Switzerland)- Shipping time would be 1-2 weeks.
Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website. Please, note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be paid by the customer.
Delivered But Not Received: All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation, but we do not offer signature delivery. If tracking confirms that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please reach out to the courier directly to investigate.
Since we cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking states they were delivered to your address, we recommend shipping to a secure location, such as a workplace, if you have had issues with lost or stolen packages in the past. This can help ensure that your order arrives safely.
Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at contact contact@herbishh.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order please contact contact@herbishh.com. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
